At least 2 years’ experience for Diploma holders or at least 1-year experience for Degree holders in execution and supervision of electrical installations in large buildings/ commercial buildings having HT/ LT substations, central AC plants, lifts, UPS, DG sets, CCTV, Fire alarm system, etc.

Salary Details:

Selected Candidates will draw a starting basic pay of ₹ 21,400/- per month (i.e. ₹ 13,150/-plus nine advance increments admissible to Junior Engineers) in the scale of ₹ 13150 – 750(3) – 15400 – 900(4) – 19000 – 1200(6) – 26200 – 1300(2) – 28800 –1480(3) – 33240 – 1750(1) – 34990 (20 years) and other allowances, viz. Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, City Compensatory Allowance, Transport Allowance etc., as admissible from time to time. இந்த நடவடிக்கையை உடனே கைவிட வேண்டுமென்று தமிழ்நாடு தொடக்கப்பள்ளி ஆசிரியர் மன்றம் அரசை வலியுறுத்துகிறது.. 

இடைநிலை ஆசிரியர்களை அங்கன்வாடிக்கு மாற்றுவது என்பதை உடனே கைவிட்டு, பள்ளி முன்பருவ மழலையர் பயிற்சி     பெற்ற மழலையர் ஆசிரியைகளை (அங்கன்வாடி மழழையர் பள்ளிகளில் பணி புரியவதற்காக பயிற்சி பெற்ற பெண் ஆசிரியைகளை ) பணி நியமனம் செய்ய வேண்டும் என்று தமிழ்நாடு தொடக்கப்பள்ளி ஆசிரியர் மன்றம் தமிழக அரசை கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறது 

இடைநிலை ஆசிரியர்களை அங்கன்வாடி பள்ளிகளுக்கு மாற்றுவதும், பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர்களை தொடக்கப் பள்ளிகளுக்கு மாற்றுவதும், மேல்நிலைப் பள்ளி முதுநிலை ஆசிரியர்களை கீழ்வகுப்புகளுக்கு பயிற்றுவிக்க மாற்றுவதை ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு கடும் மன உலைச்சலை ஏற்படுத்தும்.

மன உளைச்சல் காரணமாக  சில விபரித நிகழ்வுக்கு செல்ல நேரிடும்.

எனவே அந்தந்த
