Eligibility Criteria for BPCL General Workman-B (Trainee):
Chemist Trainee – M.Sc. (Chemistry) preferably in Analytical Chemistry in First Class with 60% marks + Should have minimum one-year relevant post qualification work experience/ one-year post-qualification apprenticeship training (in a relevant field) in a Refining/ Petroleum/ Power/ Lube/ Petrochemical/ Fertilizer.
Operator Trainee – First Class Diploma in Chemical Engineering/ Technology (Full-time course approved by AICTE) with 60% marks from a recognized Indian University/ Institute. + Should have the minimum of 5 years’ post qualification experience in operation/ process in a large petrochemicalplant or a major petrochemical unit within a petroleum refinery.
General Workman-B (Trainee) – Chemical – First Class Diploma in Chemical Engineering/ Technology (Full-time course approved by AICTE) with 60% marks from a recognized Indian University/ Institute. + Should have minimum one-year relevant post qualification work experience/ one-year post-qualification apprenticeship training (in a relevant field) under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961 in a Refining/ Petroleum/ Power/ Lube/ Petrochemical/ Fertilizer Industry, of repute.
General Workman-B (Trainee) – Mechanical – First Class Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Full-time course approved by AICTE) with 60% marks from a recognized Indian University/ Institute. + Should have minimum one-year relevant post qualification work experience/ one-year post-qualification apprenticeship training (in a relevant field) under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961 in a Refining/ Petroleum/ Power/ Lube/ Petrochemical/ Fertilizer I Engineering Industry, of repute.
